1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jilizz platform (accessible at jilizz.cam and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or affiliated services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the jilizz platform and close any account you may have created. Continued use of jilizz services after the posting of any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register for and use jilizz services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jilizz is prohibited from accepting players under the age of 21, as required by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you are accessing jilizz on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly permitted by law. jilizz does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) jilizz account. Creating multiple accounts—whether under different names, email addresses, or other identifiers—is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Identity Verification: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to undergo identity verification (KYC) procedures as required by PAGCOR regulations before your first withdrawal.

2.1. Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are explicitly prohibited from using jilizz services:

• Individuals under the age of 21 years;
• Individuals who have self-excluded from jilizz or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal;
• Employees, directors, officers, contractors, or immediate family members of the Operator or any affiliated game provider;
• Individuals acting on behalf of or in collusion with other players to defraud the platform or manipulate game outcomes.

3. Account Registration and Security

To participate in real-money gaming on jilizz, you must create a user account by completing the registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address.

3.1. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

3.2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilizz account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service;
• Refrain from sharing your account credentials with any third party;
• Notify jilizz immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until such time as you notify jilizz of a suspected breach.

jilizz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1. Deposits

You may fund your jilizz account using any of the payment methods made available on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

All deposits are subject to verification procedures. jilizz reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any deposit if fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected.

4.2. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your jilizz account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC identity verification process by submitting a clear, legible copy of a government-issued Philippine ID (driver's license, passport, PhilSys national ID, or UMID).
• Wagering Requirements: If you have active bonus funds or have recently claimed a promotional offer, you must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱1,000 for bank transfers and other methods.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours during banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. This is a PAGCOR anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.

4.3. Fees

jilizz does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency network) may impose transaction fees or processing charges, which are beyond jilizz's control.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jilizz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. By using jilizz services, you acknowledge the following:

• Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be viewed as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
• You are personally responsible for managing your gaming budget, time spent on the platform, and overall gaming behavior.
• jilizz provides responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options, which are accessible from your account dashboard.

5.1. Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gaming activity is becoming problematic or negatively affecting your personal, financial, or professional life, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period:

• You will be unable to log in to your jilizz account;
• You will be removed from all jilizz marketing communications;
• Any pending bonuses or promotional offers will be forfeited;
• Your account balance will be preserved and made available for withdrawal upon expiry of the self-exclusion period (except in the case of permanent self-exclusion).

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilizz platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or attempting to manipulate the identity verification process.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, using bots or automated software to play games, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of game manipulation.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jilizz account, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, engaging in structured betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or otherwise attempting to exploit promotional offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the jilizz platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or transfer funds obtained through illegal means. jilizz is required under PAGCOR regulations to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jilizz offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your account dashboard at the time the bonus is claimed.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

jilizz reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected bonus abuse or violation of bonus terms, jilizz reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate winnings, and suspend or terminate the offending account.

8. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

All games on the jilizz platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible via the "Game Info" or "Help" section within each game. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

8.1. Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects the outcome of a round, the affected round will be voided, and all wagers placed on that round will be refunded to your account balance. jilizz is not liable for any consequential losses or damages arising from game malfunctions.

8.2. Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred in relation to your account balance, a game outcome, or any other aspect of your jilizz experience, you must notify jilizz via live chat or email within 30 days of the disputed transaction or event. Failure to report a dispute within this timeframe may result in your claim being deemed invalid.

All disputes will be reviewed by jilizz's compliance team. The Operator's decision regarding any dispute is final and binding, except where Philippine law provides otherwise. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilizz platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jilizz platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works fr om any content on the jilizz platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilizz and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jilizz platform or any of its services.

jilizz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilizz account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jilizz's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by jilizz is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the jilizz platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

jilizz collects personal data that is necessary for the provision of its services, compliance with PAGCOR licensing obligations, prevention of fraud and money laundering, and the delivery of responsible gaming protections. Your data will never be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to Terms

jilizz reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilizz will endeavor to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the jilizz platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your account balance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jilizz platform.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jilizz's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation before being escalated to formal legal proceedings.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms & Conditions. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilizz with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
